.:. When teaching, Rain’s mission is to revitalize the dry crevices of the anatomy through embodied expression. Her philosophy is that if we can allow our bodies to flow, then the internal movement will translate and catalyze a shift of stagnant energy held within the autonomy. People who express, “I can’t dance!” inspires Rain to create containers that feel spacious and expansive for people of all ages to experience their unique flavor of humanness through joyous, somatic movement. In this cultivated space, Rain believes that one may connect with their emotional state in a new, profound way. Ultimately, Rain Locker seeks to create opportunities for communities to optimize their health through mind-body-soul connection & integration.
